Student Load & Targets - Preliminary (Administration Statistics)

To facilitate the monitoring of performance against targets, Finance and Planning provides faculties with a range of reports on the university's enrolment profile. Historically these reports are known as "Administration Statistics (Admin Stats)". This page contains an archive of Preliminary Admin Stats beginning from 2006. The term preliminary indicating that the reports are based on data extractions which have occurred on non-census dates. These reports are downloadable Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. They are mainly produced between January to March, during the mid year selection and enrolment period and intermittently during the course of the year.

Signed-off Admin Stats reports can be found at the Final Administration Statistics web page. There you can find final reports based on March and August data for previous years.

NOTE: If, upon opening, Excel prompts you to "update the links embedded in the file", click "NO".
