Staff Data
The source of staff data is the Themis Human Resources system. There are two major types of data extracts that are used for various planning and management purposes:
- DEEWR (previously DEST) staff data extracted at 30 March in a given year for FTFFT staff and end of year for casual staff.
Use this staff data for planning purposes as standard data and extract format allows for trend analysis over years and between other institutions.
UPO MIS Portal
The UPO MIS will have direct access to the above data. This is currently under development.

THEMIS Reports which can be extracted throughout the year, usually as a snapshot on the date of extracts. This data is primarily used for management purposes within the current year, with multiple reference points available and the ability to drill to lower levels.

Preliminary Casual Staff Data for 2007
This data is a preliminary version of the submission to DEEWR of full-year 2007 Casual FTE. The dataset shows casual FTE by function, classification, department and gender.
This data will be updated following submission to DEEWR on 30 June 2008 and should be considered as preliminary estimate figures only.
