THEMIS Reports
Each report produced from Themis data (see below for links) is accompanied by a detailed explanation page outlining the content of the report, the data sources used and contact details for further information.
HR data is for Full-time and Fractional-Full Time (FTFFT) fixed term and ongoing staff only. Throughout the reports, staff numbers are reported as FTE (Full-Time Equivalents). As HR data is a snapshot (i.e. staff employed as at the date of the report), FTE reflects the position at the date of the snapshot. A single full-time employee is equal to 1 FTE. As the HR data used in these reports is the position charging details, the FTE for a staff member is distributed according to how that position is charged against various segments of the General Ledger. This may result in FTE being shown differently to other Themis reports. The Position Charging data has been chosen as this more closely matches financial records.
Staff expenditure is sourced from the Salary Analysis module in Themis. This data is actual transactions processed through the payroll, excluding transactions / journals that are processed directly against the General Ledger. Salary analysis data includes casual and FTFFT payments.
