The second table presents the teaching load by teaching faculty and:
  • 1) Fee Type
  • 2) Administrative Faculty
  • 3) Course (level, course name & course year)
The third table is a summary

(1): As at 2005, due the the changes in DEST submissions, this is the aggregation of three datasets and includes all students enrolled in subjects with census dates between 1 Jan and 31 Dec 2005. Study Abroad included.

Report Description
These reports show enrolments and headcount, total and commencing, by country in two tables.

The first table presents enrolments/headcount by Country and:
  • 1) Faculty
  • 2) First Half of the year, Second Half of the year and Total for the year
  • 3) PG and UG
The second table presents enrolments/headcount by Faculty and:
  • 1) Country
  • 2) First Half of the year, Second Half of the year and Total for the year
  • 3) PG and UG
  • Data are also available for the last four previous years by clicking on the "Click Here for More Details" pushbutton at the top right of each spreadsheet.

Report 11

Combined Degrees Outcome

Includes 2004 Completions
Report Description
This report shows Combined Degrees Outcomes by cohort and by degree.

  • Table 11(a) shows outcomes by degrees of all cohorts completing in a given year since 1994. (The default year is 2004 and other years can be selected by using the "Click Here For More Details" pushbutton on the top right corner of the table.)
  • Table 11(b) shows outcome by degrees for all degrees and cohorts having reach their minimum time year (course duration plus 1) by 2004.
  • Table 11(c) shows outcome table presents Completions By award for all cohorts. Award can be selected by using the Click Here For More Details pushbutton on the top right corner of the table.

For information on Combined Degree Reporting, please open the "Understanding Combined Degrees Reporting Document"

Each tables contains Excel macros allowing users to explore previous years' data and other combinations where appropriate. You will therefore need to "Enable Macros" when prompted to while opening the table Alternatively, you can change the security level of Excel macros to "Low" to stop the message from reappearing: See How to change security level in Excel.

The various categories used to report Combined Degrees Outcomes can be difficult to understand. Please contact Alferd on x46463 if you need any clarifications.
