Quality of Administrative and Support Services for Students (QASSS)
The purpose of the Quality of administrative and support services for students survey is to obtain feedback from students on their perceptions of the quality and effectiveness of the administrative services provided by Faculty and School Offices and Student Administration, and to gauge students’ satisfaction with academic and support services such as the library, computing facilities and health and welfare services.
Separate surveys are conducted of students based at Parkville, and students based at campuses other than Parkville. The latest survey was conducted in late 2005.
This survey has now been subsumed under the Melbourne Experience Survey (MES).
