Reviews and Audits
The University's accountability structure comprises three interlinked cycles of planning and budgeting, reporting and quality assurance. Binding these into a single framework is a number of annual activities which include the Council Planning Conference, faculty and divisional strategy and performance reviews (previously the Operational Performance Review or OPR) and the Planning and Budget Conference.
