Operational Risks
The VP & Head of University Services has been delegated with the responsibility for the coordination of the risk management program across the University. The responsible VPs assess risks, mitigation strategies and the effectiveness of actions for the whole-of-university service portfolio, covering central, faculty and departmental responsibility and delivery. It is important to notice that only the residual risk after mitigation and changes to the risk level are reported to the Risk Management Committee.
